It’s important to have positive reviews about your business. Buyers care about what others are saying about your business. Your potential customers use positive and negative reviews to help their buying decision. We suggest two simple ways to get more reviews online. (1) If you know a customer has a positive view of you, ask them how they feel, don’t ask them for a review yet. When they give you a positive response, then ask them if they would post it online. Make sure to tell them where to leave the review. If you do this via email or text, you can send the review link directly to them to make it easier for them to post their review. (2) You can incentivize your review process, meaning you reward those who give their honest feedback. For example, “Show that you reviewed us on Facebook at the register to get 5% off your meal when you checkout.”
