Should the buttons on my website have a rollover effect?

When a mouse rollover animation happens on an element on a webpage, it lets people know they can click it. This lets them know they can take action. Avoid effects on non-clickable items to prevent confusing the user.

If you have the option to add a rollover effect to a button, take advantage of it! You may see more engagements with your CTAs (call to actions).
