What is your smallest viable audience?

The smallest viable audience is the smallest possible market you can serve while making enough profit that you’re happy and able to grow. When you focus on a smaller market, you can make sure you serve them well. You can make a bigger impact on their lives, allowing you to focus on the customers’ needs first. When you start with a product and try to make people fall in love with it, you will have a difficult time getting your business off the ground. Find the peoples’ needs first and find a way to meet them. We like the saying “scratch your own itch.”
